FINALFORMS FOR SPORTS REGISTRATION

New! Sports Registration Now Online with FinalForms

We’re excited to announce that Crescent School District is now using FinalForms, a secure online platform for managing athletic registration, forms, and eligibility.

Starting 7/18/2025, all student-athletes must register online through FinalForms before participating in any school sports. This system allows families to complete and sign athletic forms entirely online, saving time and improving accuracy. Best of all, once you've completed your forms, FinalForms saves your data — meaning next season, you'll only need to review and update.

What You’ll Need to Do:

  1. Create a parent account at: Crescent School Final Forms Site; https://crescent-wa.finalforms.com

  2. Register your student(s) and select the sports they plan to play

  3. Complete and sign all required forms

  4. Ensure your student signs their portion (FinalForms will prompt them)- Students will not be able to participate in practice until forms are signed

💡 Note: Physical exams are still required and must be uploaded or turned in to the office to complete registration.

Crescent School District Announces Selection of Next Superintendent

The Crescent School District Board of Directors has unanimously voted to offer the position of Superintendent to Sondra Lundvick, pending successful contract negotiations.

Ms. Lundvick is expected to begin serving as Superintendent on July 1, 2026, replacing Superintendent David Bingham, who is retiring after 10 years as Superintendent and 41 years of service to the Crescent School District.

Ms. Lundvick currently serves as the district’s K–12 Counselor and Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA). During her time at Crescent, she has provided leadership in student support systems, school safety planning, master scheduling, athletics oversight, assessment coordination, and college and career readiness programs.

Prior to joining Crescent School District, Ms. Lundvick served for ten years in the Sitka School District in Alaska as both Principal and Assistant Principal of Sitka High School. She was recognized as the 2023 Alaska Region V Principal of the Year and the 2018 Alaska Region V Assistant Principal of the Year. Her background also includes experience as an Athletic Director, school administrator, and collegiate basketball coach.

Throughout the interview process, Ms. Lundvick emphasized the importance of collaboration, strong relationships, student achievement, and honoring the unique culture and traditions of the Crescent community.

Board Chair Susan Hopper thanked staff, students, families, and community members for participating in the superintendent search process through forums, surveys, and interviews.

“We are grateful for the thoughtful participation and support from our staff and community throughout this process,” Hopper stated. “The Board is excited to support Sondra in her new role and looks forward to the future of Crescent School District.”

Additional information regarding contract approval and transition planning will be shared at a future Board meeting.
